Each session allows 75 minutes of thermal bliss. One booking per weekday included with a monthly membership.

Through music-driven sauna sessions and guided ice bath experiences we help people feel better, together.
UP and DOWN sessions+
One sauna is designated for chatting and the other is silent. Our DOWN sauna is equipped with a hi-fi sound system for deep listening, while our UP sauna and yard offer a chance to chat, perfect for a catch-up or meeting new friends.
Come alone or with friends, and whether you're here to meditate or catch up, there will always be a choice that suits your social battery.
Guided Sauna Sessions+
Our guided sessions run on alternating evenings in the Up sauna. Led by a host, they blend Aufguss : a traditional German ritual where essential-oil ice is poured over hot stones to release a wave of scented steam — with breathwork and gentle movement.
Your Hours+
Dedicated Women and Men’s sessions across the week. No pressure, no self-consciousness — just space held for who's in it.
Closed Community events+
Weekends are peppered with events across every avenue of rest and restoration. Access to the sauna and ice baths is always woven in, alongside sessions like breathwork and sound healing, muscle rehab, and joint and mobility work. Different ways to regulate, recover, and find the ritual in chaos.
